Antalya State Opera and Ballet, takes an important position as aan art-cultural institution of the region and with its spesific mission-vision politics, opens doors not only to local but also to foreign art lovers, considerating the city's touristic potential, the performances take place in various places like museums and historical sites during not only the season-long programme but also continuing in the summer with different art activities. The purpose of this research, is to evaluate, in terms of National schools to which they belong, the stage works wich were exhibited at the stage trough the last ten-year period of a recently celebrating 15.anniverasary Antalya State Opera and Ballet. In this context, works are studied by some spesifications like genre (opera, operetta, musical, ballet, childrenplays, etc), local and foreign identities, and according to the situation of their reoccurrences have been identified. The state art and culture institutions which provide kind of public services of Turkey today were discussed in many aspects, showing actual examples from the Western art world sistems today, the examples of national schools, the corporate change-process of transformation etc. are studied in terms of cause-and-effect relationship.

Antalya Devlet Opera ve Balesi kurulduğu tarihten itibaren, kurum misyonu-vizyonu ve bölgedeki önemli konumu gereği, sezonlar boyu sergilediği çeşitli eserlerle, yerli ve yabancı sanatseverlere kapılarını açmış, kentin turistik özellikleri göz önünde tutularak, yazın dahi çeşitli müze ve ören yerlerinde sanatsal etkinliklerini sürdürmüştür. Bu araştırmanın amacı, geçtiğimiz günlerde 15. kuruluş yılını kutlayan Antalya Devlet Opera ve Balesi’nin son on yıllık zaman dilimi içerisinde sergilediği yerli-yabancı sahne eserlerini ait oldukları Milli ekoller açısından değerlendirmektir. Bu bağlamda eserler, tür (opera, operet, müzikal, bale, çocuk oyunu v.b.), yerliyabancı olmaları ve sergilemede yinelenme (tekrar) durumlarına göre tasnif edilerek her sezonda ayrı ve toplamda on sezonda yer verilenler şeklinde tespit edilip çalışılmıştır. Türkiye’deki kamu hizmeti veren devlet sanat kurumlarının, Batı’dan örnekler gösterilerek işlerliklerinin tartışıldığı günümüzde, program içerikleri, ulusal ekol örnekleri, geçirdikleri kurumsal değişim-dönüşüm süreci ve sebep-sonuç ilişkileri açısından tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır.
